We are looking forward to our Carol Concert on 07 December at 7.00 pm.

‘Just Sing’ the community choir set up by and meeting at our church will be giving their first major public performance with several items of Christmas music and there will be plenty of chance for the audience to sing  along to some well-loved Christmas carols too.

There is no admission charge and the event is open to anyone to come. However we are hoping to raise a considerable sum of money on the night by taking up a collection for Beaumond House hospice. All the money raised will go to this very worthwhile charity in the town.

We would love to see the church full and we are maximising the publicity for the event to try and achieve that. Your blogger is appearing live on Radio Newark on Weds 02 December at 6.00 pm to promote the event (why not tune in to 107.8 FM and listen), we have been promised coverage in the Newark Advertiser and there are colourful posters appearing all over town – like this one:
