Good morning everyone
On Sunday 01 October from 14.30 – 16.30 the touring theatre company The Pantaloons are visiting us again – this year to perform their version of Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors.
Here’s what The Pantaloons say about it:
Cartoonish capers in Shakespeare’s funniest farce!
Two sets of shipwrecked twins – who lost their doubles years ago – unknowingly end up in the same place at the same time. Chaos ensues; but will the searching siblings find each other in the end?
Expect silly slapstick, abundant anachronisms and memorable music nestled amongst Shakespeare’s poignant poetry as the critically-acclaimed Pantaloons put their own inimitable spin on this classic comedy.
And here are some reviews of the show
“Their signature blend of comedy, music and improvisation shone in this playful adaptation of a well-loved story.”
(St Albans Times)
“Comedy at its best… I can’t wait to see them do it all again!” ★★★★★
(North West End)
Last year’s show was brilliant and very funny.
Tickets are available through the Pantaloons website and cost £14 (or £12 if you’re old like me). Only £8.50 for Children or Students.

It would be great to see some of you there.
